Automatic Control Upgrades

Software Upgrade

This upgrade is for the original operating software of equipment and facilities which were usually issued before 2010 GMP and do not meet the current legal requirements, thus their PLC and computer systems need to be upgraded, software to be rewritten. Such upgrades need to be synchronized with the changes and validation of the demand-side before delivery.

Hardware Upgrade

This transformation is generally to create new functions or extend old functions for the original equipment and facilities through the replacement or upgrade of key part, thereby realizing automatic and smart production. Such upgrades require partial transformation and then GMP acceptance of the workshop. It also needs to be synchronized with the changes and validation of the demand-side before delivery.

Integration

We provide centralized monitoring, data backup and tracking for the operation of key equipment. Generally, we make it by setting up a network of multiple equipment and then adding a general monitoring computer to synchronously collect and store the entire data of production process. Besides, this upgrade is often synchronized with computerized validation.
